Krystal Jackson

Krystal Jackson is a former pro athlete turned entrepreneur and peak performance coach.

She was an All-American volleyball player for UCLA where she was a three-year starter and led them to top-five finishes while she played.
During her sophomore year she needed a shoulder surgery that took her out of competition for six months.

This surgery plus the revelation that her father had Type 2 diabetes helped her find her passion for weight training and fitness and was voted "Most Conditioned Athlete" on her team a record three times.

After college, she played on the AVP Professional Beach Volleyball Tour and also represented the USA Volleyball internationally in countries all over the world.

After her playing days were over she became instrumental in building Jackson Strength Academy with her husband Curtis. Jackson Strength Academy is a facility specializing in training athletes of all ages, shapes and sizes.

In 2016 she and her husband moved their two boys to Whitefish, MT for a better quality of life and to give their kids 4 seasons!!

They currently own their gym down in SD, and have figured out how to run their brick and mortar business from afar.

Also in 2016 she became heavily involved in a leadership academy that has completely transformed the woman she is today and helped define her purpose.

Krystal's true passion and mission in life is to support women in owning their power and creating the life of their dreams with their body, mind, and spirit.

She believes anything and everything is possible when you believe in yourself and have a powerful community to support you.

Krystal and her husband are expecting their 3rd baby in February of 2019!
